Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During periods of high demand or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 4–10 business days. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@climehome.com.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@climehome.com — we can usually correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. At this time we ship to the 48 contiguous United States; for Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, please contact us before ordering.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will help investigate. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
